FINCA LA ESTACADA PRESENTS ITS NEW SPARKLING WINES
Christmas is approaching, a time when cava, champagne and cider are frequent guests at dinners and meetings. No toast is complete without a good sparkling wine at the table. For this reason, with the aim of expanding its product range and adapting to client needs, Finca La Estacada has decided to launch two new sparkling wines on the market.
Blanc de Blanc is a sparkling white brut wine made using the Charmat or Granvas method with tank ageing for a minimum of 90 days. In the mouth it is a lively, fruity and floral wine making it ideal for get-togethers with friends where there is much to celebrate.
Using the same brand as the Finca La Estacada tinned wine range is the Secua Brut Nature, which is a sparkling white made using traditional methods and bottle ageing for a minimum of 20 months, giving rise to a full-bodied wine with strong but small bubbles and a marked scent of nuts and minerals. It's the perfect accompaniment to family celebrations.
Both are perfect for toasts at this time of year as they go perfectly with seafood, mature cheeses, pâtés, cold cuts and oily fish.
