Based on typical dishes from Castile-La Mancha and local produce, not only applying the most cutting-edge technology but also a wealth of imagination, we present dishes that are a joy for the eye and the palate.

Creative cooking but with classic origins, based on the careful choice of ingredients, cooked with the greatest care and presented with flair and originality are the cornerstones of the menu of the HOSPEDERÍA.

Dishes such as LAMB SHOULDER IN ITS JUICES WITH GIZZARDS AND PISTACHIOS, TURBOT STUFFED WITH BOLETUS WITH MASHED ROAST POTATO or COD WITH PIL PIL ROAST GARLIC SAUCE.

And not forgetting desserts such as MANCHEGO CHEESE MOUSSE WITH RASPBERRIES AND HONEY, FRENCH TOAST MADE WITH WHITE SECUA WINE SERVED WITH PEACH AND APRICOT ICE CREAM, or our WINE GUMS.
