Semi-sweet pearl rosé. The wine’s maceration period is shorter than usual, since the aim is to limit the extraction of tannins in order to achieve just the right colour, body and structure. Fermentation is also brief. Thus allowing sugar to remain in the finished product, providing a natural sweetness in the mouth. |
