Semi-sweet pearl rosé. The wine’s maceration period is shorter than usual, since the aim is to limit the extraction of tannins in order to achieve just the right colour, body and structure. Fermentation is also brief. Thus allowing sugar to remain in the finished product, providing a natural sweetness in the mouth.

The entire process takes place in pressurised stainless steel vats that ensure the wine retains a part of CO2    generated by the fermentation process, thus providing the wine its natural bubbles.

The wine is a lively, bright and clean pink. Predominant fruits on the nose are wild berries, strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth it is balanced and refreshing, thanks to its natural pearl, with a clear-cut acidity that provides extra zest.

We recommend to be served between 8-10o and to conserve in constant conditions of temperature and humidity and no light. To consume in 12 months.

Pink colour. Strawberries and blackberries. Fresh and nice in mouth. To marry to salads and cold aperitifs.
