There are lands filled with horizons and silence, soils that are hard and poor but nevertheless ideal for vines. Cuenca is a perfect example of this. On the road that leads to its higher regions, leaving Tarancón behind us as we head towards the historic city, there is a small temple of wine. It is not a place of worship to the god Bacchus, but instead a new winery of our time.
The winery is located on a plot covering 5 hectares, called “LA ESTACADA”, from which it takes its name. The very latest generation equipment is used, with the clear intention of ensuring completely sterile conditions and exploring all of the personality of the different varieties used. In technical terms, the winery has all of the necessary modern equipment to produce high-quality wines. |
